Urgent care is available to both Members and Non-members

Members will be seen in priority of Non-members
An active OHIP card is recommended, but not required. Clients should be aware, if they do not have an active OHIP card, there are significant limitations or additional costs for available health care services, including diagnostic tests and referrals.
The UCC is for Non-life threatening conditions only. If you think you have a life-threatening condition please go to your nearest ER.

Please be advised there may be additional costs for certain medical conditions

Patients that require additional medical supplies and equipment (ie: wound care supplies and splints) can expect an additional fee to cover the cost of supplies

For conditions that are seen in the UCC but require follow-up, the patient may be asked to pay a deposit towards review of results (ie: CT results, bloodwork review, specimen sample results)

For concerns that an NP cannot manage in a walk-in clinic, the NP may be able to offer a referral to a specialist
